Q1: How to handle and care for the product? 

Store your jewellery in a dry pouch/box, away from moisture, perfumes, and lotions. Wipe with a soft cloth after every use.

Q2: What material is the jewellery made of?

Our pieces are crafted from premium-quality brass/copper bases and finished with 18K gold or silver plating. We also use semi-precious and lab-created stones for durability and shine. Kindly read the description of each product carefully before placing your order.

Q3: Can I get my order customised?

Currently, we don’t offer customisations. Each piece is carefully designed and handcrafted to maintain its quality and uniqueness.

Q4: Can I return my order? 

We only accept returns in case of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery. For further details, please go through our Return & Refund Policy.

Q1: How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Orders are usually delivered within 4–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary by location and during festivals/holidays.

Q2: How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.

Q3: Do you offer express shipping?

Currently, we provide standard shipping PAN India. If you need faster delivery, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Q4: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! International shipping charges apply, and customs/import duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. For further details, please go through our Shipping Policy.

Q5: What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact our support team with your order ID for quick assistance.

 

PAYMENT & RETURNS

 

Q1: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment options, including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select orders within India.

Q2: When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment method.

Q3: Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges. If your product is defective, you can return it and place a new order for the item you’d like.

Q4: What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers must share an unedited 360° video of the product within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 7838410841) to initiate the process.

Q5: How do I return a defective product?
Once we verify the issue from your video, we’ll authorize the return and arrange pickup at no cost. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging with all accessories.
